Returns & Refunds
Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or cancellations once production starts.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. If there's a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, reach out and we'll repair or replace it. Normal wear and tear isn't covered.
Safety
Basic common sense applies:

- Let it cool before handling
- Stop using if something seems wrong
